• Tickets may be picked up at Phuket FantaSea Ticketing Office at your earliest convenience, but no later than one hour prior to show time. Otherwise, your reservation is subject to cancellation without notice.
• Please show your reservation booking voucher while collecting tickets.

• Park Operating days and hours: Open every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, from 17:30 – 23:30 hr. Operating days and hours are subject to change due to additional shows or special event. Theater gate opens 20 minutes before show time. The recommended arrival time is at least 1 hour before showtime.
• Photography, video recording and all photo and video recording devices including camera phones are not permitted in the theater. Camera check-in counters and self-service lockers are available at the theater entrance.
