Term and Conditions

• Single Use Only: Tickets can be used only once according to the date, time, and number of rides mentioned on the ticket.
• Reschedule Policy: Tickets can be rescheduled once free of charge, provided that customers inform Pattaya City Tour Co. Ltd. at least 24 hours before the service date mentioned on the voucher.
• Cancellation Policy: Tickets can be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance with applicable cancellation charges, No refund will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows.
• Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances: The operator reserves the right to cancel the activity due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances,In such cases, customers may choose to reschedule the activity or receive a full refund.
